Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

The APICS CSCP program is the first and only supply chain certification that encompasses the end-to-end global supply chain.  From suppliers to the end customer, CSCP covers globalization, logistics, information technology enablement, and both supplier and customer relations.​ Nearly 15,000 professionals have earned the APICS CSCP designation since 2006.  By earning the APICS CSCP, you will join a growing global network of operations and supply chain management professionals who demonstrate the ability to implement critical strategies and maximize profits and growth.

The APICS CSCP designation will help demonstrate mastery of the necessary tools to effectively manage global supply chain activities, including suppliers, plans, distributors and customers.  It will also help maximize the Return on Investment (ROI) of ERP investments by millions of dollars.​

Course Enrollment Requirements/Recommendations

The student must be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of a high school diploma.  There are no prerequisites are listed for these courses.  We do recommend that students who intend to take the certification exam at minimum meet the exam requirements.  Student verification for testing qualification is not administered through the APICS Gold Rush Chapter.

CSCP Course

​The APICS Gold Rush Chapter offers CSCP exam preparation courses to provide a structured and collaborative learning environment for candidates to successfully learn the material presented in the CSCP courseware and prepare for the exam.  The APICS Gold Rush Chapter course consists of 14 weeks of class time – one session a week for three hours.  The first day is an overview of the CSCP learning system, including the online tools, distribution of materials and course syllabus review and the remainder of the thirteen sessions are instruction and exam preparation.

​​CSCP Exam Requirements 

​In order to take the APICS CSCP Certification Exam, the student must meet the following requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of work experience; OR

Bachelor's Degree OR

APICS CPIM, CIRM or other Certification
